On 3rd June, 2015 AOPEN held a Forum in the Retail Evolution Lab in Taipei, Taiwan. During the Forum, AOPEN invited Google for Work, OrderMate and Nuon to explore the new opportunities and applications of AOPEN Commercial Chrome devices for the retail market. AOPEN invited partners from all around the world to attend the Forum and discuss the hardware, software, applications and future of the AOPEN Commercial Chrome devices via a panel and open discussions.
Stephen Borg, Corporate Director of Global Strategy kicked-off the Forum by introducing AOPEN’s Chrome journey and unveiling Commercial Chrome devices. Then Peter Kakashi, Sales Engineer APAC at Google for Work, introduced the Chrome Device Management. Followed by Ian McCall, the President & Managing Director of Nuon Pty Ltd., gave a speech on the next generation customer service applications. Finally Clinton Capuzzi, the Director/Co-Founder of OrderMate gave a talk about the benefits of SAAS based customer management systems. Afterwards there was an open discussion for all guests to share ideas and convey their opinions about the latest developments.
Since the announcement of the AOPEN Commercial Chrome devices at DSE2015, the products have been highly anticipated by the industry. AOPEN’s new Commercial Chromed devices are designed to streamline business productivity. The products will answer the needs of industrial digitalization and technological integration as well as faster deployment and better security. The Forum formally introduced the AOPEN’s Commercial Chrome devices, the Chrome Management Suite as well as various software solutions from partners.
