Channel Sales Manager DACH

AOPEN Europe located in 's-Hertogenbosh, the Netherlands, is looking for an independent and energetic Channel Sales Manager for the DACH-region. 

As Channel Sales Manager you are responsible for achieving the revenue goals for the designated region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). In this challenging position you maintain existing relationships with AOPEN Channel Partners and distributors but you are also looking to enter into new relationships. Together with the distributors you approach potential resellers and dealers in the IT and Digital Signage branche.

You are the driving force in launching new strategic alliances. Because of your enthusiasm and professional attitude you are able to establish new partnerships. You report to the Sales Director.

Summary of tasks:

  • Contact person for all customers in the DACH region;
  • You know what is going on in your region in terms of projects and you can make sure AOPEN is the preferred supplier for these projects. You manage this via your eco-system of direct and indirect customers;
  • Negotiate with direct and indirect customers regarding terms and conditions, prices, warranty, marketing;
  • Plan and execute marketing plans (such as events, fairs, newsletters) in cooperation with our marketing department and partners/customers;
  • Together with a team of helpful colleagues be responsible for all daily activities that are needed to achieve turnover targets and growth, such as: arranging shipments, payments from clients, internal negotiations, intervene and coordinate regarding technical support questions;
  • Process relevant market and customer information in the CRM system (Salesforce).

Requirements

  • Level of experience and/or education: Bachelor degree (International Business, Business Administration or equivalent);
  • You are at the beginning of your career but do have some commercial experience in B2B sales, preferably in the German region;
  • You are fluent in German and English; 
    You have strong communication and negotiation skills (able to negotiate on CEO/management level);
  • You are able to organize your work, show initiative and work independently;
    You have the willingness and ability to travel.

Offer
Salary is based on skill and previous work experience. Next to a market conform salary; you will work on a commission base.
