As part of AOPEN & Google’s collaboration on new retail technology, the world’s first commercial grade devices are making an entry to the signage and kiosk markets. After the announcement at DSE 2015, and the highly anticipated response of the industry, AOPEN is going to unveil our next steps for the Commercial Chrome devices. AOPEN will be conducting a business exploring forum on 3rd June. This forum will formally introduce AOPEN’s Commercial Chrome Devices, the Chrome Management Suite. Meanwhile, AOPEN invited our partners as speakers including Google for Work, OrderMate and Nuon; focus on the new application value from AOPEN Commercial Chrome Devices and retail market’s new business model and behavior. As founder, Chairman and CEO of AOPEN, Bernie established AOPEN as a standalone company from its beginnings as a division of Acer. Today, Bernie leads the innovation to make components more modular, which had major benefits for digital signage and green technology requirements.

Stephen Borg, Corporate Director of Global Strategy of AOPEN

Stephen Borg is a solutions-driven strategy development director in Greenfield markets. He had a particular passion for lateral problem solving and creating tailored results to satisfy partners and their customers.

Peter Kakasi, Solution Engineer APAC of Chrome for Work

Peter Kakasi is the Chrome for Work Solution Engineer Lead for Google in Japan & Asia Pacific. Peter has close to 10 year experience helping customers around their cloud strategy & related device choices.

Ian McCall, President & Managing Director, Nuon Pty Ltd.

Nuon is a company that designs and manufactures digital devices for retail. Nuon develops solution bundles to deliver against the marketing and service objectives of household name retail and service organizations.

Clinton Capuzzi, Director/Co-Founder, OrderMate

Clinton has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry having owned and run over 10 venues across Australia. In 2012 Clinton played a major role in architecting the OpenOrder self service for retail and hospitality for AOPEN.  Using his sound background knowledge of integrated systems and POS he architected the OpenOrder platform.
